Unregistered pre-paid SIM cards will be deactivated after 23 February 2023 according to the Office of the Communication Authority. To access OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank") usual services and receive our notifications, please complete real-name registration with your telecommunications service provider or update another valid contact number (if any) in the Bank’s record if you are using an unregistered pre-paid card number with us.
